Sales Development Representative / UK&I

FCM Travel is a global travel management company with substantial growth plans looking for someone who succeeds in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-energy, high-motivation environment.

FCM's is seeking to hire a Sales Development Representative to join the Sales Operations Team

What you'll do as an SDR:

Engage with decision makers at targeted accounts and schedule first meetings for outside sales team.
Leverage High Velocity Sales and outbound prospecting techniques to run cadences on target accounts.
Manage inbound marketinggenerated leads and convert into meetings for sales pipeline.
Work alongside other SDR's around the globe to maximize pipeline and follow global processes and strategies in place.
Using Martech in place (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav, and Highspot) for industry and marketing focused lead generation and prospecting.
Track all activity through CRM, Salesforce.
Industry Event Management Support

To be successful as an SDR you need:

Outbound sales experience responsible for filling the top of the funnel with qualified business.
Motivated to overcome obstacles when making meetings and hitting targets.
Strong Phone Skills
Ability to prioritize when managing multiple deliverables.
Strong motivation for continuous knowledge and learning
Must be a team player with ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
Prior experience working in the travel industry is preferred, but not required.
