Essential for this role that you are able to travel to client sites regularly and work away from home with occasional overnight stays when customer or business needs dictate.

As a Dynamics 365 Consultant you will work with our customers to be responsible for the implementation and extension of CRM software products and inspiring their use within customers business environment.

You will work closely with our clients to support product delivery, advising on best practises to ensure product features are utilised to their maximum and meet the client's needs effectively.

Dynamics 365 Consultant- Job Accountabilities**- Managing and leading our customer's journey

Plan and participate in business discovery and requirements sessions with our customers and key stakeholders.
Gathering and documenting business processes and requirements to generate estimates for CRM implementation and supporting the ongoing successful system implementation.
Guide new and existing clients on the integration and use of CRM software, working closely with a number of departments to assist the planning, executing and the implementation of CRM software solutions, providing regular progress updates to the client.
Managing data migration activities including the build of data migration profiles ensuring the correct configuration and Customisation of software products before conducting final solution testing
Assist the client with user training workshops to introduce the CRM to employees on client sites during final stages of acceptance testing.

Dynamics 365 Consultant- Experience Neede
d

Experience working as a consultant.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 36
Experience in partner channel (desired)
Implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM products, ideally with Dynamics 365 or Knowledge of CRM usage in Browsers, Outlook, Tablet and Mobile Applications.
Proven experience in Design, Documentation, Install, Configuration, Testing, Training and Go Live
