Starting salary of £52,000 per annum
Homebased with quarterly office meetings in London
Permanent, Full Time 9am-5pm with 1 evening shift a week 12pm-8pm

Are you qualified in clinical supervision and looking for a new challenge in a rewarding role leading our CBT Team? We have a new opportunity to join our service as a CBT Team Leader You ensure the highest quality clinical outcomes in CBT delivery across the service, team and Clinical Network paying close attention to trends in data and performance.
As our CBT Team Leader will line manage the CBT team providing a supportive environment for CBT Supervisors and Therapists to progress and deliver high quality psychological therapies.
Whilst working with the High Intensity Team Manager to ensure supervision standards are upheld and review the impact upon recovery and other clinical outcomes.
You will also hold a small clinical caseload in line with business requirements.

Every day you will
- Provide line management and/or clinical supervision for CBT Supervisors and CBT Therapists as required ensuring managed staff have monthly 121s and review of objectives for their post on an annual basis identifying training needs and personal development
- Manage CBT teams' rota to provide evening 'duty' cover for the clinical team and provide additional cover for sickness/annual leave ensuring response to incidents within CBT are managed in an appropriate and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the High Intensity Manager/Service Lead in creating, providing and implementing the required staff training on specific aspects of Recovery Supervision. This will involve running regular data outcomes on Client Recovery and to report and escalate any required action plans.
- Act as an additional contact point for the escalation of risk and safeguarding issues. To act and provide support in the management of these issues whilst playing a key role in maintaining standards of patient safety.
- Take charge on policy reviews and implement policy changes and clinical governance within the clinical team and network

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have
- BABCP recognised CBT qualification or equivalent
- BABCP recognised Supervision qualification
- Experience working in an IAPT service and using IAPTus
- Proven experience in managing a team which includes engaging, inspiring and motivating and driving a positive working culture
