Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries inperson
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Skills:
- Strong drive to succeed in a customerfocused environment
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
- Sales experience is a plus
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records
Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,126.27 per year
