Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries inperson
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

Skills:


  • Strong drive to succeed in a customerfocused environment
  • Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Organizational skills to maintain accurate customer records

Job Types:

Pay:
From £25,126.27 per year
