Techtronic Industries (UK) Limited is part of the global TTI group, who are world leaders in cordless technology, manufacture and sell power tools across the world.

TTI UK distributes Milwaukee and Ryobi products through a variety of channels to retail customersand end users. TTI UK continues to grow in an established and stable market.


The position of Key Account Support will be working within a dynamic and challenging National Account environment with a first-class product and sales team.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week. This position will be based in our UK Head Office in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. We have on-site parking available for all of our team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Manage weekly customer orders and review stock status.
  • Negotiate one to one with customers to deal with account issues including fines for stock availability.
  • Monitor and update master account data information.
  • Monthly and quarterly reports for Management, Build and produce standardized sales performance reports.
  • Work alongside colleagues in all departments (supply chain, warehouse, and customer service) to make sure all departments are complying with Account specific requirements/regulations.
  • Ensure that all departments are kept up to date with relevant information required to meet Account requirements / expectations.
  • Assist with day to day running of account.
  • Assist with project management

Personal Attributes:

  • Selfmotivated and able to work independently on and off site, travelling to customers head office. (when required)
  • Excellent excel and computer literacy skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organised with a methodical approach.
  • Able to work solve problems in a timely manner and to work to deadlines.
  • Able to multitask effectively, working concurrently on several projects.
  • Detail oriented and enjoy analysing issues and working to find the right approach.
  • Able to direct, interact and negotiate with colleagues from multiple departments.
