- Responsible for the Product master data through the full product lifecycle, from creation to end of life. Scope of data includes all finished goods, spare parts, packaging and marketing/POS materials
- Accountable for the coordination, and the timely completion of the new product creation process, to ensure all steps are correctly and timely undertaken by every stakeholder in the creation chain
- Identify areas for continuous improvement across processes and procedures for managing, maintaining and validating material master data
- Perform detailed data validation and accuracy checks, including data error handling, exception reporting and compliance with standards / legislation
- Report regularly on data management processes to suggest improvements or alignments to the evolving needs of the business and the regulatory environment
- Maintenance of EMEA Product Hierarchy
- Manage the material sales statuses throughout the product lifecycle
- Verification and loading of Packaging, WEEE and Battery data to SAP
- Provide problem solving support, advice and guidance to internal customers
- Make use of data analytics to answer key business questions outside of master data by providing both qualitative and quantitative analysis on request
- Responsible for ensuring all master data processes are documented and stored
- There may be occasional travel within Europe
- Previous experience of Master Data processes, and a full understanding of the importance of high-quality data
- Highly motivated, with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong understanding of business processes and systems, in particular Supply Chain and Marketing
- Self-motivated and able to deal with high levels of complexity
- Have a collaborative approach, and must be able to communicate clearly to stakeholders
- Display a clear passion for master data management, with a thirst to learn about new areas and developing new areas of expertise
- Appreciates what constitutes good customer service and displays a commitment to delivering this
- Previous experience using ERP systems
- Experience using Business Intelligence applications
- Advance skills in MS Excel and other MS Applications
- VBA experience in MS Excel or MS Access desirable
- A level / HND or industry recognised qualification or equivalent
- German language desirable but not essential

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of the Data Management Group, you will be supporting the team to drive data accuracy and efficiency though the New Product Introduction Process for TTI's Retail Brands. The role will blend transactional data handling and reporting, but also offer opportunities for process improvement identification and implementation.
In addition, you will be responsible to manage our Unit of Measure Governance and facilitation with our third-party logistics provider, to ensure that TTI has data quality through all processes. Also, to manage the Waste Recycling Process, administration, and Governance, crucial for our declaration obligations across Europe.
Finally, there will be the opportunity to manage small to medium size Projects, as agreed with the DMG Manager.
