    Job Gym Delivery Manager
    - £We are Mantra Learning, the UK's leading Logistics learning and development organisation. Mantra has supported the skills needs of the logistics sector for over 54 years and is an Ofsted rated grade 2 independent training provider. The Manchester site is well established as the largest specialist logistics training facility in the UK.

    Through our two key brands of The Job Gym and The National Logistics Academy and utilising several different types of government funding that we have successfully secured, we help thousands of learners each year to gain new skills.

    We work with some of the biggest brands in the country, including Aldi, Wincanton and AO, delivering approximately 400 Apprenticeships, over 2500 Large Goods Vehicle licences and 1,100 Forklift Truck licences each year.

    The core objective of this position centres around spearheading the development, execution, and management of the Job Gym delivery processes to drive consistent quality and growth of services.

    This entails taking charge of developing and continuously refining standard operating procedures across all facets of the provision to uphold and enhance its quality standards.

    Additionally, a key responsibility involves overseeing the seamless integration and onboarding processes for Job Gym learners, while ensuring the delivery and onboarding teams and supported to ensure every member of the team thrives in their role.

    Develp and lead all aspects of curriculum delivery, including planning Continuous Professional Development (CPD), meeting structures, communications protocol, curriculum development, delivery models, and value-added opportunities to enrich the curriculum and learning experience.


    Data Management and Compliance:

    Cllaborates closely with the Contracts team to maintain accurate data and records in compliance with funding agency audit requirements, facilitating seamless management reporting.


    Operational Strategy Monitoring:

    Cntinuously monitors the operational delivery strategy to achieve desired impact, developing and tracking performance indicators covering both quantitative and qualitative aspects.


    Team Support and Development:

    Prvides support, training, and guidance to the Delivery Team, aligning them with the operational strategy and targets to manage and grow Job Gym provision effectively.


    Stakeholder Relationship Management:
    Ensures effective utilizatin of the organization's learner management and virtual delivery systems to optimize program delivery.

    Quality Assurance and Intervention:
    Supprts quality assurance intervention mechanisms as needed to uphold program standards and effectiveness.

    Training and Assessment Compliance:

    Ensures delivery f quality training and assessment in compliance with awarding body and organizational standards, whether in-center, on customer premises, or in a virtual environment.


    Learner Progress Monitoring:
    Ensures learners prgress according to their programs and individual starting points, with appropriate support and guidance provided.

    Target Setting and Management:
    Develps and manages team targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) effectively to drive performance excellence.
    Prvides coaching and development opportunities for all Job Gym team members to enhance their skills and performance.

    Manages and leads an perations team to efficiently onboard and offboard Job Gym learners, with a primary focus on increasing job opportunities for program participants.

    Experience of Ofsted Education Inspection Framework is essential.
    Experience of contract requirements and working with external contractors.
    Training / coaching experience.
    Experience of creating and analysing key data.
    Management experience.
    Ability to assess quality of delivery.
    A proven track record in imbedding policy and process.
