Midland Oil are looking for meticulous people like you to assist with the day-to-day production testing at their laboratory based in Halesowen, West Midlands.

This won't be a sterile environment so requires someone who's not afraid to get stuck in.

Starting salary of £5.60 ph (rises to NMW by age after 12 months)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Workings hours are 37.5 hours per week

Quality Control Laboratory Technician Apprentice (Level 3)
Your goal will be to learn how to analyse samples to ensure compliance and determine their suitability for recovery.

A typical day consists of:

Working closely with production management and production staff to ensure the smooth running of the site.
Being responsible for the analysis of incoming bulk oils to ensure suitability to process through the plant.
Keeping accurate records on waste material arriving onsite.
Assist with running of all operational and other sampling requirements
