Description
Our client are looking for a Principal Building Services Officer to be based in Rotherham.

This role is on an ongoing, full time contract.


The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the facilities management of the Corporate Landlord Estate, retained School Estate and other land and building assets around the borough, providing advice to building users in relation to repairs and maintenance and building related operational use.


You will ensure that all building management responsibilities including the Health and Safety at Work Act, Fire Precautions management of asbestos, legionella management and to compliance with statutory and legislative requirements, General Building Security, Energy Conservation and Customer Care Initiative etc.
