Description

The Upex Group are currently looking for a full-time
Cleaner/ Parking Attendant to work within our facility in the
Cobham area.

Access to a car or motorbike is required to get to the site as there is no public transport, cycling, or walking access

Cleaner/ Parking Attendant Pay Rate:
£12.74 per hour paid weekly

Cleaner/ Parking Attendant Shifts: 5 days out of 7

Cleaner/ Parking Attendant Hours of Work:15:00 to 23:00, 15:00 to 00:00 and 21:00 to 07:00 (must be available for these varied shift patterns)

Cleaner/ Parking Attendant Duties May Include:

Cleaner duties:

Clearing tables, wiping down tables and chairs
Cleaning toilets and washrooms
Sweeping, emptying bins and mopping
Dusting and cleaning glass doors
Cleaning to a high standard
Reporting any maintenance problems
To ensure personal appearance is kept neat and tidy at all times
To comply with all Health and Safety regulations
Any other duties as and when required

Parking Attendant duties:

Putting barriers out to cone off specific places
Directing lorries into parking bays
Litter picking and Emptying bins
At times helping our landscapers to complete other tasks
Reporting any maintenance problems

Cleaner/ Parking Attendant Desired Traits Include:

Driving licence and owning a reliable form of Transport to get to the site
Available to start immediately

As a
Cleaner/ Parking Attendant you will be reporting to
the Site Manager and working closely with our
Cleaning Supervisors to provide a clean facility with fantastic customer service

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Salary:
Up to £12.74 per hour
