The role
As a Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will provide support and general cover within the Accounts Payable Team.

Day-to-day, you'll report to the Accounts Payable Manager and will predominately support the accounts payable activities.

These activities include but are not limited to the following key duties:
Invoice processing, payment runs, supporting supplier queries and resolution, review work queue and mailbox management


Further responsibilities include:

  • High Volume on a daily basis) processing of invoices and credit notes effectively on behalf of the businesses
  • Reconciliation of key supplier statements and adherence to timetable
  • Understand processing requirements for Service Level Agreements and ensure they are met or exceeded
  • Ensuring effective, accurate and timely response to queries and resolving exceptions with suppliers and business partners
  • Escalation of any issues faced in satisfying the customer demands


This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with the option to go on site every Wednesday.


Essential experience of the Accounts Payable Administrator:

  • Processing invoices in an ERP system (SAP OR COUPA
  • Training will be provided)
  • Ability to input and process accurately
  • Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail
  • Work as part of a team, sharing knowledge and associated experiences
  • Support colleagues and ensure communication is clear and concise
  • Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in respect to the work undertaken
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
