    Senior Video Technician Position at Events Production Company in London

    • Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
    • Location: London
    • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

    We are looking for a skilled Senior Video Technician to join the team of an events production company based in London. As the Senior Video Technician, you will play a crucial role in managing the technical aspects of video production, collaborating closely with the production team to plan, set up, and execute various video elements, such as cameras, projectors, screens, and video playback systems.

    The ideal candidate will excel in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, with a proven background in video production that is evident in their application.

    This role will involve traveling to client sites across London, therefore, possessing a valid driving license is a necessity.


    Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and prepare video equipment
    • Deliver technical video elements on-site
    • Provide pre-production video technical support
    • Ensure all equipment is updated with the latest software and firmware
    • Participate in site meetings and contribute to event planning
    • Manage lighting equipment preparation and troubleshoot any faults
    • Conduct onsite installations, derigging, staff management, and briefings
    • Offer training to junior team members
    • Handle the receiving and returning of hired equipment
