Assistant Daily Duties:
The main duties of our Customer Service Assistant are interacting with people on a daily basis, be in charge of new client acquisitions, engaging in conversation, answering questions, presenting new products and building relationships.
We will develop your soft skills like how to relate to different demographics, taking control of a conversation, negotiation skills and how to come across confident in a professional manner.
You will be part of our promotional campaigns, with the opportunity to travel all across the country.Customer Service Assistant Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Work well in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail
- Speak to customers daily answering any questions they may have
- Enter customer data to complete sales transactions
- Customer acquisitions
- Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus
- Great interpersonal skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Proactively engage with customers
