Jo Holdsworth recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful company in Leeds.Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit a detail-oriented and agile Client coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the team
- Ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of client accounts.
- Attend meetings and take minutes
- Support the Account Manager in account review meetings, providing administrative support and followup communications, assisting with diary management, aiding in the management of account review meetings and notetaking.
- Responsible for the onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new administrative systems and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required
- Strong communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office systems.
- Experience of working with in house systems.
- Driving the company vision and positively influencing those around you.
- Delivering the best service and adding value to our clients and treating each other with the utmost respect.
- Previous customer service and administration experience is desirable.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
