Jo Holdsworth recruitment are delighted to be working with a highly successful company in Leeds.

Due to their continued growth and success, they are looking to recruit a detail-oriented and agile Client coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.


Responsibilities

  • Provide admin support to the team
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup and maintenance of client accounts.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes
  • Support the Account Manager in account review meetings, providing administrative support and followup communications, assisting with diary management, aiding in the management of account review meetings and notetaking.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new clients
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new administrative systems and processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office systems.
  • Experience of working with in house systems.
  • Driving the company vision and positively influencing those around you.
  • Delivering the best service and adding value to our clients and treating each other with the utmost respect.
  • Previous customer service and administration experience is desirable.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
