Experienced Recruitment Consultant - WeWork, London OTE £100K-£400K)

The Company

Their core specialisms cover both permanent and interim recruitment across HR, Finance, Tech & Digital, in verticals such as Charities, NHS, and Government (and recently they have launched their Private Sector division too).

Remuneration
DOE - We are on average securing people a 20% increase on the basic salary currently.

They have a high performing environment and their consultants all bill between £300k-£900k (many people's billings figures have increased by 40%+ since joining the business).

They have both monthly and quarterly commission structures which allow people to earn 30%-45% of what they bill.
