Active Recruiters are pleased to be working with a busy, well established Chartered Accountancy Firm.

They are looking to recruit Junior and Experienced Accountants for a fast paced role where the knowledge you will gain will spread across varying industries.

There is training provided to support your growth and success within your career within the practice.

This is an incredible opportunity for someone to join a dynamic team where you will feel valued in all that you do.

You will need a strong desire to learn and willingness to put your hand to anything.

Primarily, you will be responsible for assisting managementto provide small and medium sized businesses with accurate accounting, timely audits and taxation support.

They are a very friendly, relaxed practice with a desire to grow.

You will be responsible for (But not limited) the completion of year end accounts for various businesses and associated tax computations.

You will liase with HMRC on behalf of clients and using a cloud based system. You will prepare and submit VAT returns.

Skills Required:

Experience within an accountancy practice within an accounts/tax department.
Qualified/Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/ICAEW/AAT) or equivalent commercial experience.
Willingness to learn and work within a team.
Good communication skills.
Experience with accounting software's would be beneficial.
Proficient on excel and word.
Experience on Iris is beneficial but not desired.
