VP Global Sales Management:


  • Citi Commercial Bank (CCB) is a global line of business at Citigroup that provides commercial banking services to midsized companies. Key responsibilities include:


  • Deliver client level data for monthly business review meetings with CCB global and regional leadership teams. This includes the preparation of decks, analysis of revenue drivers and collaboration with various stakeholders across management and sales teams.
  • Assess portfolio performance and execution of strategic objectives by analyzing common KPIs across the business i.e. client acquisition quality, cross sell performance, wallet share, capital utilization, revenue realization vs projected, etc.
  • Develop and industrialize banker productivity analytics globally, across all phases of the sales cycle i.e. calling activity, pipeline development, deal wins, revenue realization, portfolio gearing, etc. Expand these concepts to multiple different organizationalviews by segment, industry, developed vs mature market, etc.
  • Develop robust banking wallet analytics for global adoption including wallet sizing methodologies and tools, product family analyses, management reporting, etc.
  • Play a key role in the scorecard process for CCB global executives (global head, region heads, country heads) by aligning on business specific metrics, leading the goal setting process, coordinating preparation of client level metrics, and analyzing keydrivers.
  • Partner with the CCB regions on client level data to cultivate global alignment, jointly resolve global reporting issues, understand key drivers unique to those markets, develop a forward looking view on future results / expectations.
  • Support the development of and production of materials for ad hoc management presentations, business reviews, town halls, etc.

Qualifications:


  • 5 or more years' experience in the financial services or related industry
  • Ability to performance deep dive data analyses across a global portfolio, in partnership with local business management teams. Then be able to succinctly communicate findings via presentations, visuals, decks, etc.
  • Skills to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities simultaneously, mixing long term projects with the urgency of immediate demands
  • Ability to work in a Tableau environment, develop reports and build out dashboards with tech team support
  • Ability to create support and buyin across a wide range of stakeholders; create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, and senior decision makers
  • Strong financial acumen and demonstrated ability to perform detailed analysis and synthesize complex and multiple data sources
  • Strong abilities in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Selfstarter, motivated, eager to learn
  • Knowledge of Commercial Bank or Corporate Bank business model is a plus
