SEN Teaching AssistantKey responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum, including lesson planning and preparation
- Work oneonone with
- Help students with special needs to manage their behaviour and stay on track in class
- Communicate with parents, teachers, and other members of the education team to ensure that students receive the best possible support
- Keep accurate records and make observations to help teachers monitor and evaluate student progress
Qualifications and experience:
- A relevant qualification in SEN teaching or a related field
- Experience working with students with special educational needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
