One-to-One Teaching Assistant

The Supply Room is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic One-to-One Teaching Assistant to join our team in Lambeth.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners and support their educational journey from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 2 (KS2).


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide onetoone support to children with SEN, ensuring they receive individualized attention and assistance.
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lesson plans and activities to meet the needs of each individual student.
  • Support students in developing their social skills, confidence, and independence.
  • Assist with behavior management and ensure a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with other teaching staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
  • Monitor and record progress, providing feedback to both students and teachers.
The Pay Rate for this position ranges from £80 to £95 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a contract role, offering the opportunity to work and gain experience in various schools within Lambeth.

£80.00-£95.00 per day

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Special education: 1 year (preferred)
