    Do you know all the IT shortcuts, the best way of doing things, are you person everyone comes to for help? Then this could be the role for you.

    This is a very exciting time to join Ramsdens in these newly created roles.

    The successful candidates will play a key role in enhancing the knowledge, skills, and performance of legal professionals and their support teams across the firm.

    You will be responsible for ensuring that our staff know what best practice looks like, that they use the most efficient admin processes and utilise our IT systems to their full potential.

    These are permanent positions that are being offered on a part time basis, with the potential to work term time only if required.

    We are looking for a minimum commitment of 21 hours per week, over the standard working week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

    You will be required to travel across all our office locations delivering training face-to-face, as well as online.

    We are open to applicants who don't have training experience but have a background in the legal sector with a positive outlook and passion for helping others achieve their full potential.

    This opportunity may suit someone who has previously worked within a law firm, perhaps in a fee earning or support capacity, and had experience of training/assisting others as part of their role.


    Responsibilities:


    Ensuring staff are trained to effectively complete their role and be compliant with SRA regulationsBest Practice trainingPreparing, delivering, and evaluating the effectiveness of trainingDesign and update learning solutions to ensure our teams are effectively trainedDesigning and facilitating bespoke team sessionsUse data and analytics to support and develop effective training solutionsCreate a continuous learning culture by developing and implementing initiatives that encourage ongoing developmentConducting regular assessments to identify gaps and learning needs within the firmSupporting the design, development and delivery of the Firm's Career Development ProgrammesExperience in the following would be beneficial:From a similar role within a law firm/legal serviceA solid understanding of the legal industry, its practices and skill sets requiredPassionate interest in training and developmentCurrent knowledge of effective learning and development methods would be desirableExperience in facilitating training and meetings, understanding about how people learn in different ways and the ability to adapt and be flexible in your approachPrevious experience supervising/coaching staffStrong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to deliver a range of audiencesExcellent organisational, planning and time management skillsExcellent I.T skillsRobust and confident personalityAbility to interact with people at all levelsYou will be solid team player, who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
