We are looking for a motivated and experienced Partnerships Manager to join our team in Manchester City Centre. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility and the best of both city and remote working environments.
As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing, expanding, and managing our partnerships network.

Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that partnership activities are aligned with overall business strategies.

Organize and attend partnership meetings, conferences, and other networking events to represent our company and build relationships.
Prepare and present regular reports on partnership performance, insights, and opportunities for growth to senior management.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience (3+ years) in partnerships, business development, or a similar role, ideally within the SaaS or tech industry.

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Flexibility to travel as required for partner meetings and events.
Competitive salary package of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, plus a performance-based bonus.
