**The role
**As People Partner you will support recruitment and selection as well as provide advice/guidance on the company's people policies and processes. You will be a confident communicator and be able to build positive and trusted relationships with a varietyof stakeholders.


Within this role you will be working with the People Partner and People & Culture Director, supporting projects that allow the people and culture team to develop, have a positive impact and add value across the business.

You will see the benefits of usingdata, such as engagement and retention rates, to understand external and internal behaviour and introduce solutions.


This is a full generalist role and with the support of the team you will be involved in a wide range of HR activity, so if you are looking to broaden your experience within HR, then this is the ideal opportunity.


Other areas of responsibility will be:
Policy development, absence management, case management, looking at retention data, exit interviews and employee engagement surveys.
