PrintProduction Operator


We are looking for someone that can really integrate into the business as a long-term team member; to train, grow and be active in the development and continued growth of the business.

The production operator works predominantly in the workshop, printing and producing wide format print. This includes taking the job from the studio through to completion.

The operator will work closely with the studio and the production supervisor to ensurethat the job is produced in the most cost-effective way and of the highest quality.

The operator will be able to use all of the equipment and machinery within the business.

Hours: 40 hours per week working day hours Monday-Friday


Salary:
Dependent on experience


Benefits:
Holiday 25 days per annum, plus bank holidays (Christmas and NY allowance included). Monthly one-to-one to provide focus on development, with yearly appraisals. Pension scheme. General Duties:
To oversee all areas of production within the workshop.
Report to the Production Supervisor
Operate the CNC machines.
Operate Summa.
To maintain and operate all other machinery within small and wide format print.
Print wide format print.
Monitor stock and completion of jobs.
Order stock.
Carry out fitting off site.
Attend training as needed.
Organise courier and delivery of jobs.
To answer the phone and respond as necessary
General housekeeping and keeping the workshop tidy and in good order.
