    Buy to Let Mortgage Specialist (Fintech)

    City of London

    This is a great chance for an experienced professional in Buy to Let Mortgages to take the reins, influence, and develop the Buy to Let service within the organization.

Our client is a rapidly growing Specialist Finance Intermediary in areas like Bridging, Development, and Portfolio Finance. They are in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Buy to Let Mortgage Specialist to be part of their expanding team.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Organize and deliver the most suitable debt financing for clients
    • Communicate with and broaden our network of lenders
    • Support case managers in advancing cases
    • Maintain deep understanding of the commercial lending industry and be able to share that expertise with clients
    • Keep accurate records and update CRM system
    • Analyze performance, provide insights internally to enhance operations and marketing

    Key Requirements

    • 2+ years' experience in brokering and structuring Buy to Let transactions
    • CF1, full/part CeMAP qualification is a plus
    • Strong grasp of property finance structuring (e.g., bridging loans, development loans, BTL, commercial mortgages)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Enthusiastic, transparent, and motivated individuals
    • Articulate, Numerate, and Confident
