Fleet Administrator

Salary:
£21,621.60 per annum, plus Veolia benefits


Hours:40 hours per week Monday - Friday 08:30am - 5pm (With 30 minutes unpaid lunch)


Location:
Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, CO15 4AA

What will you be doing?

  • To liaise with workshops and external suppliers
  • Raising purchase orders on Workday.
  • Maintaining fleet related files and planners.
  • To manage Tranman inputs (Veolia's fleet management system).
  • Answering telephones and dealing with complaints and queries from members of the public and TDC.
  • Provide General Administration Support To Line Manager And Wider Team
  • Effective Record-Keeping
  • Work As Part Of The Fleet Team To Ensure Fleet Legislation, Policies And Procedures Are Implemented And Adhered To.
  • Filing And Updating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)

What are we looking for?

  • Previous administration experience is essential.
  • Fleet Administration Experience (Optional), Job role training will be provided.
  • Google And Microsoft Literate with a good working knowledge of Google sheets (Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Organisational Skills Be Able To Demonstrate A Flexible Approach To Work
  • Communication, Interpersonal And Customer Relationship Skills
  • Experience Of Meeting And Working To Tight Deadlines
