Customer Service Advisor Based In Washington (NE38) £ Benefits


YOUR TASKS
Dealing with customer enquiries
Liaise closely, and work together with our other service departments, to book in service/maintenance visits for our customers.
Ensuring customer KPIs are met.
Invoicing and the preparation of reports on request
Ensure Service Contracts are renewed and activated accordingly, using our CRM system.
