You will be on the front desk liaising with high net worth individuals, helping to book and manage the appointments as well as assisting the team in any ad hoc administrative duties. If you are hard-working, have an un-flappable nature and are able to approach tasks methodically and precisely then this is the perfect role for you

Your Reception duties will include:

  • Managing a standalone, busy receptionist desk in an efficient and professional manner including meeting and greeting clients
  • Managing the booking system
  • Organising and maintaining treatment rooms
  • Tracking inventory
