- Oversee the COO's inbox, ensuring prompt follow-ups and managing responses on behalf of the COO.
- Manage the COO's schedule, foresee and address issues proactively.
- Engage actively with stakeholders and team members.
- Collaborate with the team to arrange multi-stakeholder meetings.
- Prepare the COO for meetings by gathering materials, researching attendee profiles, and briefing/debriefing.
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and other arrangements for the COO.
- Lead interactions with the Board of Directors and Investment Committee.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Natural decision-maker with strong judgment under pressure.
- Excellent command of the English language, demonstrating clear and concise communication skills.
- Highly organized, innovative, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making.
- Proficient in technology, comfortable with diary management tools, project management software (like Asana), and Microsoft Office suite.
