Description

A market leading Investment Trust are looking to expand by adding an Asset Manager to their dynamic and value add focused team.


This is a great hands on asset management role focusing on capital growth and driving income returns across their extensive Greater London Portfolio.


You will have real input in the strategic direction of the portfolio and proactively work with the Investment and Technical Development teams to spearhead growth.


Key responsibilities include:

  • To formulate and implement Asset strategy across the portfolio.
  • Driving income and maximising value through Asset Management initiatives.
  • Working closely with the Development team on redevelopment strategy.
