I presently work as a COO and have over 10 years of managerial experience. During my carrier, I've gained a broad skill set and practical understanding of how to influence positive overreaching outcomes in this role.

I earned a BA in Business and Management while I was working, which enhanced and integrated my knowledge and abilities in management and leadership techniques.

My current leadership role is to oversee operational activities at all levels of the business, including hiring and training people and managing quality assurance programmes. As a COO, I'm also confident in my ability to develop strategic process improvements to ensure that everyone reaches deadlines. Throughout my professional career, I've learnt how to tackle financial management, staffing levels, and team issues. As a leader, my personal objective is to be a transformative leader with inspirational attributes such as being trustworthy, problem-solving, competent, supportive, and always acting ethically.

I am confident in my ability to demonstrate my understanding and awareness of leadership abilities, behaviours, and strategies, and I have the ability to apply these tactics to a variety of actual situations. Thanks to my work opportunity and university studies, I am able to ensure progress by understanding the key strengths and limitations of the skills, behaviour, and circumstance approaches to leadership.

I am well-versed in ideas of collective leadership, leadership as a relational process, and collective leadership techniques. By being aware of the various ideas, I am able to understand the advantages and disadvantages of a collective leadership style as well as how to apply them to my daily tasks. Using examples and case studies from different industries, I am also capable of critically examining one or more collective leadership examples and applying the concept to other organisational settings.

Experience has shown me how leadership is practised differently in each culture and how doing so can give people access to new opportunities. Studying leadership has improved my understanding of embodied, emotive, and involved leadership, as well as my capacity to discern disembodied leadership qualities and apply these ideas and concepts to my personal experience. I routinely travel the world to take up new positions, and I feel comfortable adjusting my leadership style to boost operational effectiveness.

I'm also confident in my ability to recognise and articulate the relationship between ethics and leadership, as well as in my ability to comprehend and apply ethics theory to a variety of situations in my own leadership approach. I also have the ability to examine and grasp many ideas of ethical leadership and ethical decision-making.

I am well-versed in the duties of the CRS and am comfortable running reports for business purposes that assess internal and external factors, identify industry forces, identify and evaluate resources, capabilities, and competitiveness, and design strategies in accordance with those findings to obtain a competitive edge.

Apart from the knowledge I've acquired through my studies and work experience, I'm also confident that I am familiar with different roles. I've included a summary of my work history, but I'm proud to say that I've been working in the industry since I was 16 and have worked my way up from entry- level positions while putting in a lot of effort.
