£25,000 + monthly bonus

Gloucester


Our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Gloucester is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Purchaser to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be an experienced Purchaser, ideally with industry experience.


Responsibilities:

Track orders and ensure timely delivery

Update and maintain purchasing database details

Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed

Keep up with the Company's needs to meet customer demands

Liaise with internal departments to ensure stock is ordered to meet production deadlines

Provide regular and timely updates to key staff regarding delivery dates and shortcomings affecting delivery schedules

Attend daily production meetings and other meetings as required

Work closely with the accounts department to help maintain financial budgets


Skills/ Experience:

Purchasing experience is essential

Work well under pressure/deadlines

Self-motivated, highly organised, and a team player

Excellent communicator

Able to start ASAP
