Temporary Accommodation Officer (Tenancy Sign-Up)

Enfield
**£21.71 Per Hour

I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for someone to be responsible for delivering an efficient and proactive sign-up service for tenants, ensuring compliance with national and corporate policies, procedures, and statutory legislation.

You will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the needs of our customers while maintaining a positive and professional image.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by effectively engaging with tenants, including vulnerable or challenging individuals.

Utilize our digital sign-up system, Nitro, to assist tenants in completing their Let tenancy or licence agreements.

Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft packages, including Excel and Word, to effectively manage tenant information and documentation.

Possess a good understanding of both Universal Credit and housing benefit systems.

Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with tenants and internal stakeholders.
