Description
We are looking for a Project Site Manager - Building Maintenance.You will be responsible for identifying and delivering electrical and mechanical projects associated within budget, timeline, and scope across one of our key contracts in a safety conscious, multi stakeholder environment.
Location:
Based out of our Hove office, with travel to London and other EDF sites
The Role:
Managing day to day running of CAT A & B refurbishment.
Overseeing Health and safety of the CDM site.
Conducting quality and safety inspections.
Reviewing Risk & Method statements for approvalSupervising construction workers and subcontractors.
Liaising with Project Manager on progress.
Monitoring project progress.
Assisting with producing a Project phase plan.
Delivering a weekly site progress report.
Attending regular project review meetings and presenting updatesBuilding and maintaining excellent relationships with all key stakeholders, both internal and externalRequired Experience:
SMSTS:
Site Management Safety Training SchemeFirst Aid at Work: 3 Day Training courseKnowledge of CDM regulationsCITB /CSCS construction management Training site management or site supervision
Required Qualifications:
Nebosh general certificatedAsbestos awareness trainingIOSH managing safely.
