Do you want to work in a varied role that will develop a range of administrative skills? If so, the Search Agent and Administrator Apprentice position could be for you.


  • PETA Training are proud to be working with HW Conveyancing Searches to source an exceptional Search Agent and Administrator Apprentice. The role will be in two parts and includes the Search Agent role and the Administrative role. The position will provide an opportunity to learn a wide range of skills including researching, report writing, databases, customer service and accounts.

Training to be provided:

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.


About the role:

The Search Agent and Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Researching information on the internet and going to the local Council to retrieve this information
  • Sending electronic reports to clients
  • Processing orders from the website and entering them onto the database system
  • Ordering environmental and drainage searches
  • Answering the telephone
  • Filing and other administrative duties required by the management team
  • Preparing invoices for clients
