Our forward-thinking client in Wellingborough is seeking an efficient
Accounts Receivable Clerk with outstanding attention to detail.

You will be working in a team, reporting to the Credit Control Manager, and ensuring that the sales ledger is kept up to date on the SAP system.

Duties and responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role include:

Responsible for updating credit status of customer accounts to internal departments
Liaise with other departments, to resolve queries and disputes
Monitoring the bank daily
Allocating monies to the ledger
Dealing with client's payment queries in a professional manner
Opening of new accounts and setting credit limits
Producing accurate reports
Various other duties as required by the Manager

Skills and experience required for the Accounts Receivable Clerk role:

Previous credit control experience
Ideally have SAP experience
A positive attitude to work and an enthusiasm to do a good job
A competent user of Excel and a computerised accounts package
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Accuracy and attention to detail
Professional telephone manner

All responses will be managed in line with the new GDPR regulations.
