Although you'll be a homebased colleague, you might sometimes need to be physically present at another location or be expected to travel to a Thirteen hub for collaborative work. _

The Role:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Growth Support Co-ordinator to join the Business Growth directorate on a secondment basis.

This role is part of a small dynamic team who are working quickly and efficiently to meet the needs of the wider directorate.


Your role will be to assist in co-ordinating and supporting the Business Growth directorate to deliver against promises and commitments to partners and stakeholders.

You will be responsible for ensuring that a high-quality service is provided to all colleagues within the team that helps underpin Thirteen's growth ambitions.


The Person:


We are looking for someone who is well organised and has confidence and personal presence to be able to influence and work with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.

You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to co-ordinate multiple projects and a programme of work both proactively and reactively.

Ideally you'll have knowledge and experience of multiple service areas and excellent communication and co-ordination skills.

This is a role that requires someone who is really proactive and able to work off their own initiative.

You'll also need to have excellent IT skills with knowledge of Ebis and SharePoint desirable and a good knowledge of our internal systems within Thirteen.
