Complaints Advisor

Daresbury, Warrington

£25,000-£35,000 per annum. (Depending on experience)

Monday - Friday shifts between 8am-6pm.


Our client provides impartial dispute resolution to consumers and small businesses who haven't been able to resolve their complaints directly with energy suppliers, communication providers or parking operators.

Duties:


  • Work with consumers and suppliers to view each case and see it through from registration to resolution.
  • Investigate complaints and ensure customers feel heard.
  • Ensure customers are aware of the process to investigation.
What are we looking for?

  • Experience working in customer resolutions or a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to customers' needs.
  • A good relationship builder.
  • Strong decision making skills.
