The Organisation
The Royal Parks (TRP) is a charity created in March 2017.

We manage over 5,000 acres of diverse parkland, rare habitats and historic buildings and monuments in eight Royal Parks across London.

These are Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, The Green Park, St Jamess Park, The Regent's Park and Primrose Hill, Greenwich Park, Richmond Park and Bushy Park.

We also manage other important public spaces including Brompton Cemetery and Victoria Tower Gardens.

Our eight Royal Parks and other iconic green spaces are among the most visited attractions in the UK with 77 million visits every year.


We are now looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis, working 36 hours per week.

The Role
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide support to two of our Directors and our Chief Financial Officer.


Acting as a conduit and gatekeeper for our Directors, key stakeholders and other individuals, you will provide administrative and organisational support to enable their day-to-day operations.

This will include diary management, meeting arrangements, venue and hospitality booking, and financial tasks.


Additionally, you will:

  • Manage documentation and filing
  • Support the wider Directorate teams
  • Attend occasional outofhours meetings and evening events
  • Take meetings notes and actions

About You
To be considered as a Personal Assistant, you will need:

  • Experience of working as an assistant providing administrative, project and/or secretarial support to senior individuals or teams
  • Experience of engaging and liaising with a range of service users and service providers
  • Experience of managing and accurately maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
