Security Alarm Installation Technician

Up to £40,000 per year

Our client, a SSAIB accredited family-run security firm based in Caterham, Surrey, is looking for an experienced and skilled Security Alarm Installation Technician to join their growing team, As a security alarm installation technician, you will be responsiblefor providing high-quality security solutions to clients, from installation to maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Installing and maintaining security alarm systems for residential and commercial properties
Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with alarm systems
Conducting site surveys to assess security needs and provide recommendations for alarm systems
Keeping up to date with new technology and industry developments
Maintaining accurate documentation and records of installations and maintenance work
Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Security Alarm Installation Technician
Knowledge of security alarm systems and components, including burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems
Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Full driving license
Satisfactory DBS check
