Description

This role is placed in the HR administration team responsible for the employee lifecycle and specialist administration needs of more than 30,000 employees.

The role provides an excellent base to start to explore a career in HR working in a dynamic, fast paced environment as part of the wider Pay and People Services Team who provide pay and people related advice, guidance and administration across the UK and Ireland.

What You'll Do:

Provide a professional, first class HR administration service.
Deliver consistent, highquality HR administration support to Line Managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle spectrum.
Adhere to stringent policy and procedure and maintain accurate records.
Case manage receive, log, own and track queries and transactions through to resolution.
Understand SLAs relevant to the role / team and ensure that these are achieved or escalated.
Work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver core responsibilities.

Ability to handle a diverse workload with the ability to reprioritise.
Proven track record of interacting with key stakeholders.
Great written and verbal communication skills.
A real love of going above and beyond and delivering exceptional service and results.
A flexible attitude coupled with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn and deliver exceptional service.
