- Managing site lab operations, staff, and technical contracts to support on-time delivery of final products within budget.
- Ensuring final product compliance with regulatory and customer specifications, including addressing customer queries and developing statements.
- Approving quality for raw materials, final products, and new specifications, while developing control strategies for on-spec production.
- Degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficient in analytical methods such as HPLC, pH testing, moisture analysis.
- Capable of effective collaboration across departments, with clear, precise communication and strong analytical skills.
