Job Description - 3rd Line Engineer

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide 3rd line support to clients, delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Work on Azure focused projects.
  • Assist the 1st/2nd line team and provide training/support when required.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Great experience in Microsoft Azure.
  • Confident communication skills able to assist customers and provide great support.
  • Proven industry experience of working in a support environment with a focus on Azure Cloud.
