Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong administrative skills to join a local family run business near the village of Abernethy, to work within a friendly and busy office environment.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months Maternity Cover with the possibility of a permanent at the end of the cover period.
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the backoffice sales and marketing team
- Handling office tasks such as filing, reporting, and maintaining records.
- Sales order processing using ERP system
- TROPOS
Personal Specification
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in administrative or office roles
- Proficiency in clerical tasks using PC typing correspondence and filing.
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of TROPOS ERP system is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
