Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong administrative skills to join a local family run business near the village of Abernethy, to work within a friendly and busy office environment.


This is a fixed term contract for 12 months Maternity Cover with the possibility of a permanent at the end of the cover period.

Hours of work, Mon to Thurs (8.30am - 5.15pm) & Friday (8.30am - 1pm). Competitive salary of between £21k-£24k per annum dependent on experience.


As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Providing general administrative support to the backoffice sales and marketing team
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, reporting, and maintaining records.
  • Sales order processing using ERP system
  • TROPOS

Personal Specification
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

  • Previous experience in administrative or office roles
  • Proficiency in clerical tasks using PC typing correspondence and filing.
  • Excellent phone manner and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of TROPOS ERP system is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
