25 hours per week (10:00am -3:00pm)

Setting up serving and dining areas:
This involves arranging tables, chairs, and any necessary equipment for serving food.

Serving food:

Providing a high standard of service to pupils and staff, ensuring that portions are served correctly and with a friendly demeanor.

Operating cashless till and catering equipment:
Handling transactions and using machinery under the direction of the Chef Manager.

4.


Working as part of a team:
Collaborating with other staff members to ensure smooth service operations.

5.


Preparing and delivering refreshments for special functions:
Assisting with catering for events and ensuring cleanliness before and after functions.

6.


Recording food temperatures and stock labeling:
Following procedures to ensure food safety standards are maintained.

7.


Health and Safety compliance:
Adhering to regulations, reporting incidents, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

8.


Washing up and cleaning:

Performing tasks related to dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in various areas of the kitchen and dining hall.

9.


Taking part in deep cleans:
Participating in thorough cleaning sessions as directed by the Chef Manager to maintain hygiene standards.

Basic literacy and numeracy qualification:
