Elvie is on an exciting journey and we're looking for an experienced Paralegal to join us for a fixed term of 6 months.
As a Paralegal, your role will sit within our small but mighty Legal Team.You'll be supporting them on all legal matters such as reviewing contracts, supporting our customer care and operations teams, improving legal process and research -to name a few.
Due to the nature of our business, you'll have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a variety of different areas across multiple jurisdictions, from hardware and software development to procurement and marketing.
Location:
Hybrid working; a mix of working from our Bristol or London office & working remotely
FTC (6 months) (please note, you must have the right to work in the UK)
Provide general legal support, including contract review and management, updating and maintaining templates, maintaining corporate entities and formalities and helping to triage legal questions
Developing and implementing efficiencies across our legal and compliance processes, including our know how and filing system
Addressing day-to-day queries from across the business, whether from our Product team, Commercial teams or our Operations teams
Collaborate with other teams and external counsel as required and assist with monitoring legal spend and invoice management
Undergraduate Degree
9 Day Fortnight - for our full time employees we work 9 days every Fortnight with every other Friday as a non-working day for you to spend as you wish
