The opportunity


As our Sales Compliance Administrator (French-speaking), you will be responsible for ensuring that the sales activities are conducted ethically, legally and in accordance with industry regulations and our company policies.

Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with mitigating risk and upholding the integrity of the sales process.


What exactly will you do?

  • Oversee compliancerelated activities
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
  • Facilitate communication between the sales teams
  • Point of contact for inquiries and audit related sales compliance matters
  • Assess potential compliance risks associated with sales operations, including customer interactions, contract negotiations
  • Assist the Sales Compliance Team Manager in developing risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training to colleagues around sales compliancerelated areas to enhance understanding of regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Continuous review of sales compliance processes and procedures
  • Implementation of improvements to sales compliance processes and procedures in line with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure any risks are raised as necessary to the Sales Compliance Team Manager
  • Lead the sales compliance team to ensure high performance and adherence to compliance standards.
  • Ad hoc duties deemed fit and appropriate in line with the role.
  • There may be a requirement to travel internationally on occasion

What we're looking for

  • Fluent French speaking is essential
  • Relevant experience of working in a compliancefocused role or related field
  • Experience for working in a fastpaced and agile environment
  • Proficient in MS office products.
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, compliance principles and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, laws and industry standards
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise competing demands
  • Ability to deliver feedback constructively and have a good reputation for delivering positive results.
  • Flexibility to meet business requirements.

Bonus Points

  • Knowledge of the energy industry is highly beneficial
  • GCSEs in Mathematics and English grades 49 or equivalent
