This is a part-time role, working 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday from 7 am - 12:00 pm, term-time only.

The role

Main responsibilities will be divided between two areas:

  • ensuring effective arrangements are in place to cover for staff absence
- managing staff absence and monitoring its the impact on the Academy.


The person we are looking for:

  • can liaise and negotiate effectively with Academy staff and external agencies
- has good communication skills across a range of audiences
- is able to plan, manage, analyse and interpret data
- has ability to prepare and write reports and produce factual and statistical information as required
- establishes and maintains strong relationships, using excellent interpersonal skills
- is able to maintain professional manner in challenging situations
- demonstrates good ICT skills to support administration
- has emotional resilience
- is willing to model and support the Oasis ethos
