    Description

    Berry Recruitment Darlington are currently recruiting for a full time Sous Chef for a private school within the Barnard Castle area.

    The role is temporary ongoing, term time only.


    To assist in the preparation an cooking of main meals and buffets for pupils, staff and special functions as required.


    • To maintain the highest standards of health, hygiene and safety.
    • To ensure waste is controlled with regard to preparation and cooking.
    • To actively assist in ensuring a five start food hygiene rating.


    Working hours are Monday - Friday, working 9am-5pm and the occasional weekend or late night due to events and parents evenings.

    70 per hour, paid weekly in arrears.
