HR Consultant

Leeds, hybrid

Circa £60,000 - £65,000

Full or part-time options available

  • 12month FTC


I'm working with a property business with offices in Leeds who are seeking a HR Consultant to focus on the Organisational Design of the business due to a recent restructure and a number of acquisitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who to join a dynamic and innovative team and for someone who is looking to make a lasting impact on the company and its employees.


Responsibilities:


  • Harmonisation of Ts and Cs across the business units.
  • Harmonise employee benefits and bonus schemes.
  • Work closely with the People Hub to align employee packages such as maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness, weekend work etc.
  • Support the Group HR Director with HR related OD interventions and change management initiatives.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a professional services and ideally a regulated environment.
  • Minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience preferred.
  • Experience in Organisational Design is essential.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Knowledgeable and up to date with Employment Legislation.
This role is an FTC, Leeds-based, hybrid and offering circa £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.

£60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
