Leeds, hybrid

Circa £60,000 - £65,000

Full or part-time options available

12month FTC

I'm working with a property business with offices in Leeds who are seeking a HR Consultant to focus on the Organisational Design of the business due to a recent restructure and a number of acquisitions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who to join a dynamic and innovative team and for someone who is looking to make a lasting impact on the company and its employees.

Responsibilities:

Harmonisation of Ts and Cs across the business units.
Harmonise employee benefits and bonus schemes.
Work closely with the People Hub to align employee packages such as maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness, weekend work etc.
Support the Group HR Director with HR related OD interventions and change management initiatives.

Requirements:

Experience in a professional services and ideally a regulated environment.
Minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience preferred.
Experience in Organisational Design is essential.
Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledgeable and up to date with Employment Legislation.

This role is an FTC, Leeds-based, hybrid and offering circa £60,000 - £65,000 per annum.
