I'm working with a property business with offices in Leeds who are seeking a HR Consultant to focus on the Organisational Design of the business due to a recent restructure and a number of acquisitions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who to join a dynamic and innovative team and for someone who is looking to make a lasting impact on the company and its employees.
Responsibilities:
- Harmonisation of Ts and Cs across the business units.
- Harmonise employee benefits and bonus schemes.
- Work closely with the People Hub to align employee packages such as maternity, paternity, adoption, sickness, weekend work etc.
- Support the Group HR Director with HR related OD interventions and change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience in a professional services and ideally a regulated environment.
- Minimum of 5 years' HR generalist experience preferred.
- Experience in Organisational Design is essential.
- Ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable and up to date with Employment Legislation.

Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£60,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
