A leading Private Practice firm is looking for a Legal Document Archive and maintenance Assistant to join their team at their head office, full time.
As the Archive & Maintenance Person, your job will be varied and your duties will include but not limited to the following:- Maintaining accurate information of archived files, deeds and documents as well as being responsible for the organisation of the archiving system.
- Retrieving files, deeds and documents from storage at various site
- Maintenance around the office
- Furniture removals Various collections of files and documents from other offices using the firm's van
